Brewed on premises in small batches, the Nano Brewery makes for an always fresh and diverse beer selection.

Seasonal, atypical or classic, based on the brewer’s mood, there are usually 5 to 12 different beers, for all tastes: Imperial stout aged in local Morgon barrel, NEIPA with citrus aroma. In winter: Stouts, Porter and Double IPA. In summer, lighter beers: flowery blonds and saison with peppers.

Available in 33cL and 75cL bottles.

Olivier started brewing in 2004 in the USA during his Doctorate using …. yeast! His passion and aim is to create beers with character to share with passionate people. This led to the opening of la Brasserie des Vignes in December 2021 in the beautiful vaulted cellar of l’Esprit des Vignes.
